This is our first year growing these Japanese Persimmon and they will definitely be a staple tree here growing forward. These were grown for one year in a large growing tub then planted this past spring and allowed to grow for a full season. These aren’t Princess Persimmon, but are also desired in the bonsai world. They fruit and flower (females) and these are unsexed. The sex wont be determined for several more years, but through some research we’ve found they tend to be more male than female in general.
