These are standard Japanese Maples. Seed source is Japan. The leaves are a brilliant red in the spring and fall. During the growing season they are green. We’ve had the same seed source in Japan for these for around 2 decades and are truly a customer favorite. In Japan these are referred to as Momiji and treasured for bonsai all over the world.
